What is the shipping time? |
You can expect to receive your kits in 1 to 3 days. Kits are shipped from Uboxes warehouse locations in Florida and Kansas. Orders placed by 4 p.m. ET will be shipped the same day.
To better manage customer delivery expectations, Uboxes operates according to UPS holiday shipping schedule.

How can Uboxes ship their boxes for free to the 48 contiguous states? |
Although shipping is expensive, Uboxes keeps their costs low by shipping from warehouse locations in Kansas and Florida. This shortens delivery time, allowing boxes to arrive in better condition.
The UPS Store Headquarters (HQ) is working to develop a similar program specific to Hawaii and Alaska. |

Does Uboxes ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses? |
No. PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses are NOT accepted. Should you provide Uboxes with a PO/APO/FPO address for shipping, you will incur an intercept address correction fee by the carrier |

Can the kit be shipped directly to a customer’s home or office? |
Yes, but be sure to always verify that the customer’s address is correct (i.e., apartment number). Missing or incorrect information may result in delays and UPS intercept fees. Download and print the Moving Kit Order Form from the MHC. Have your customers complete the form before placing an order at www.orders.uboxes.com. |
